What happened
Bristol Live asked the free version of ChatGPT to picture a typical Bristolian and got a woman in her twenties in a beanie holding a coffee, then a group of people who were all in their early twenties. The city's median age at the last census was 34, and when asked why everyone was young, ChatGPT agreed it should have considered Bristol's actual age distribution.
