Bombay High Court quashes Customs order flagged for citing non-existent AI-generated judgments
“When Quanta requested for copies of the cited judgment, the department failed to provide the same.”
What happened

When asked for copies, the customs department could not produce them, and it agreed in the Bombay High Court to have its own order thrown out and decided again.
