Chatbot refuseniks edge out users in the US, and they’re not for turning

What happened
A Pew Research Center survey found that 51 percent of American adults never use AI chatbots, and the most common reason they gave was that they are simply not interested. Two-thirds of the non-users said they are unlikely to start in the next year.
