What happened
The Ivy marked the opening of its new Glasgow restaurant with fire dancers and a red carpet, then promoted it online with an AI video. In the 27-second reel, uncanny staff shout "Lower the sails, raise the anchor" and the building rotates into place on St Vincent Place to a sea shanty.
